Privacy Policy

Mr.Flow ("we") runs a food ordering and delivery service for students and staff around FUTO, Owerri, on WhatsApp and on the web.

What we collect

Your WhatsApp number and name, your delivery address or location, your order history and the messages you send us. Payments are processed by Paystack, so we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To take and deliver your orders, send you order updates, handle support requests and improve the service. Your name, phone number and address are shared with the restaurant and rider handling your order, and nobody else.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by messaging Mr.Flow on WhatsApp or emailing themrflowmail@gmail.com. We will confirm once it is done.
