Terms of Service

1. The service

Mr.Flow connects customers with partner restaurants and delivery riders around FUTO, Owerri. Restaurants prepare the food and riders deliver it.

2. Orders and payment

Prices, delivery fees and service fees are shown before you pay. An order is confirmed only after successful payment through Paystack.

3. Cancellations and refunds

If a restaurant cannot fulfil your order or does not respond in time, the order is cancelled and refunded in full to your original payment method. Wrong or missing items: message us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Please give an accurate address and keep your phone reachable.
